The Annapurna base camp trekking known as Annapurna Sanctuary trekking is a true classic, amidst some of the highest and most spectacular mountains in the world. You will reach two popular base camps these are Machhapuchare base camp and Annapurna Base camp. Annapurna base camp trekking trail give you beautiful views of Himalaya range including Machapuchare known as fishtail mountain, Lamjung Himal, Annapurna I, Annapurna III, Annapurna South, Hiunchuli Peak, Gangapurna and If go through Ghorepani Poon hill then you will enjoy with beautiful sunrise and see nicer views of the Himalayas “Mt. Dhaulagiri, Tukuche peak, Nilgiri and many more white peaks.” Our Annapurna base camp treks will be begins from close to beautiful city Pokhara that means we will arrange vehicle from Pokhara and drive to Nayapul, Phampus Phedi (surkhet Phedi) or Beni Bazaar It depends on your choice of the trekking option for Annapurna base camp trekking.

If you begin Annapurna base camp trekking / Annapurna sanctuary trekking from Beni Bazaar it will be nice and long but very interesting because you will reach at Tatopani (natural hot spring where is possible to take bath) after Tatopani you will begin to climb up hill where you will meet many different ethnic groups and green valley. If go within one day to Ghorepani from Tatopani is very difficulty because it is all the way up hill so better to stay night at Shikha from where you will see nice view of Dhaulagiri, Tukuche Peak and Nilgiri and next day short to climb to Ghorepani and follow the Annapurna Base camp trekking route. If you start Annapurna sanctuary trek from Nayapul this trek trail goes through Ghorepani poon hill which is nice and panoramic route but if have short holiday for trekking in Nepal you can start trek from Dhampus phedi for Annapurna Base camp trekking. Chumrung village is gateway of Annapurna sanctuary trek even you choose any optional routes of the trekking to go Annapurna base camp you have to go through Chomrung village because from Chomrung only one trail goes to Annapurna base camp trekking.

We climb high above the Modi Khola River, through the ‘gates’ of the Sanctuary. Once inside, we are afforded incredible views of the Himalayas. In Annapurna base camp (4130m) there is also have Teahouse facilities so en routes they have teahouse / Trekkers lodge facilities managed by the local people and given idea by Annapurna conservation area project (ACAP). The food menu provides by ACAP so mostly every teahouse have a same menu.

Lodges management committee also builds camping ground and kitchen for Tent camp/Camping trekking so camping charge will be requires to camp. Permit for Annapurna base camp trekking only apply to have Annapurna conservation area project (ACAP) entry permit it cost RS 2000 per person and Trekkers’ information management system (TIMS).

Day 08 Chomrung Trek to Dovan (2720m).
Day 09 Doban Trek to Machapuchre Babse Camp (3700m).
Day 10 M. B. C Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m).
Day 11 A.B. C Trek to Dovan (2720m).
Day 12 Dovan Trek to Jhino (1780m).
Day 13 Jhino Trek to Tolka (1700m).
Day 14 Tolkha Trek to Surkhet Phedi drive to Pokhara (820m).
Day 15 Pokhara Drive or fly to Kathmandu.

Day 16 Bhaktapur & Patan sightseeing and return.

Trip Itinerary [ Three ] :

Day 01: Drive to Pokhara (820m), drive (6 hours). Overnight stay at Barahi Hotel.
Pokhara is a beautiful town set on the banks of the Phewa Lake. It is smaller and much less hectic than Kathmandu and is the perfect starting point for our trek.

Day 02: Drive to Nayapul and start trek to Ghandruk – 6 to 7 hrs hours.
Ghandruk is a big Gurung village. There is a handicraft centre and Gurung museum. From this village you could see good views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Gangapurna (7455m.), Annapurna III (7755m.) and Fishtail.

Day 03: Trek Ghandruk to Chhomrung (2040 m.) – 5 to 6 hrs hours.
From Ghandrung there are good views of the upper Modi valley. The route starts the long ascent high above the west bank of the Modi Khola, and continues up to the village of Chhomrung (2040m.) Towering above the village is the mighty peak of Annapurna South, with the Fishtail facing it across the valley.

Dayy 04: Trek Chhomrung to Bamboo.
Ascend a long, stone staircase through Chhomrung and rhododendrons forests to Kuldi. Continue trekking through beautiful rhododendron forests and up to Sinuwa. From Sinuwa, the trail leads up to the Modi Khola.

Day 05: Trek Bamboo to Himalayan Hotel.
Before the route goes steeply down a bank of rock and then levels out, running through riverside bamboo thickets along the base of the gorge. Then the track winds steeply up through deep bamboo and rhododendron forest to the village of Doban. We camp above Himalaya Hotel (2680m.)

Day 06: Trek Himalayan Hotel to Annapurna Base Camp.
From Himalayan Hotel, climb high above the river, on to the lateral moraine, and down the other side to the glacier. This leg of the journey takes you up the bed of the glacier before finally arriving at the Annapurna Base Camp (4237m) for an overnight stay.

Day 07: Excursion to Annapurna Base Camp
Early morning excursion for a stunning sunrise.

Day 08: By Helicopter flight back to pokhara & over night at pokhara at 3 star hotel.

Price For The Trip: The total cost for the trek or tour you decide you want to do will depend on several different factors. The type of accommodation you prefer in Kathmandu will make a difference to the overall cost (budget to 5 star accommodations). The mode of transport you prefer will also affect the cost of your package, for example prices vary greatly between flying versus private car/van, tourist or local buses. The camping trek and teahouse trek made a difference in the cost. The number of guides and porters required will also affect the total cost of your trek. For these reasons, the same trek/tour can vary in price quite substantially.
