Rolwaling valley Tashi lapcha Pass trek to Gokyo

Rolwaling trekking to Rolwaling Himal, west of Everest and near the Tibtian border, offers fascinating experience which start from Barabise, passes Tinsang la pass and descends Bigu Gomba which houses Buddhist nuns. The trail descends Bhotekosi River and turns into the Rolwaling valley, one of the most remote, mysterious, and fascinating places in the Rolwaling trekking . The land is full of the tales of the yeti, the mysterious snow man in the world and it is the place where some mountaineers arranged expedition to hunt yetis in the past. Beding is the last permanent settlement & Na Gaun which is only the summer settlement, is the highest altitude reached in the trek. From the village of Na (4,183m) the trail ascends through grass-covered valley to Tso Rolpa then traversing the moraine on the north side of the valley onto the snout of the Tram Bau Glacier, which feeds the Rolwaling river. The route up Pachhermo peak 6,273m is highly crevasseous. In Sherpa Language Biku means “Seed”. There is Sherpa village. View of Gaurishankar (7,145m), Melungtse (7,181m), other mountains, a good landscapes; the village of Beding (3,690m) and monastery, the village of Na (4,183m); Tso Rolpa lake are the main attractions of Rolwaling trekking tour. After assault, the trail drops to Thame, from where the route along Bhote Kosi river leads to Namche Bazaar and onto Lukla for flight to Kathmandu but if you have time you can make Everest base camp trekking as well.

Day 04 Jagat trek to Simigaoun. Overnight camp.
Day 05 Simigaun trek to Gyalche. Overnight camp.
Day 06 Gyalche trek to Beding. Overnight camp.
Day 07 Beding Acclimatization day. Overnight camp.
Day 08 Beding trek to Na Gaun. Overnight camp.
Day 09 Na trek to Tso Rolpa Lake . Overnight camp.
Day 10 Rest day at Tso Rolpa Lake overnight camp.
Day 11 Tso Rolpa trek to Tolumbhu Buka overnight camp.
Day 12 Tolumbhu trek to Thengpo via Tashi Lapcha pass (5755m).
Day 13 Thengpo trek to Thame overnight camp.
Day 14 Thame trek to Lungden overnight camp.
Day 15 Lungden Renjo – La pass trek to Gokyo. overnight camp.
Day 16 Gokyo Ri back to hotel trek to Dole.
Day 17 Dole trek to Khumjung overnight camp.
Day 18 Khumjung trek to Monjo Overnight camp.
Day 19 Monjo trek to Lukla Overnight camp.
Day 20 Lukla fly back to kathmandu.

Day 16 Beding to Gyalche.
Day 17 Gyalche to Simi Gaun.
Day 18 Simi Gaun to Jagat.
Day 19 Jagat to Singati Bazaar.
Day 20 Singati Bazaar to Rato Mate.
Day 21 Rato Mate to Dolakha to Kathmandu by bus.

The camping trek and teahouse trek made a difference in the cost. The number of guides and porters required will also affect the total cost of your trek.
